The core cutting line model TO 25 is designed and built for the production of grain-oriented laminations suitable for the assembly of electric distribution transformer cores with Step Lap system and can cover up to a max sheet width of 250 mm.
Consistently with the transformer design, this machine is particularly suitable for the production of cores for transformer power ratings ranging from 50 to 2500 KVA.
Available either with manual or automatic precision stacker or with the innovative robotic stacking system, allowing to cut and assembly in the same production phase (over 20 cores per day*). The innovative lamination fast replacement system (FRS, patented by LAE) combines different lamination widths with high productivity.
The modularity of the machine allows its upgrade in a second time, to meet any productivity and investment requirements.
