LAE INVESTS ON HUMAN RESOURCES

LAE considers the Human Resources as the core of the company and keeps on investing on the talent and the knowledge of its staff. Since 2010 the personnel has grown of more than 10 units. Both long experienced staff and new recruited one are offered the opportunity of a constant training, in order to empower the existing skills and acquire new knowledge, to be ready to face the market challenges every day.
As an evidence of the importance given to human resources, LAE is currently working on the drawing up of a Code of Ethics. The development of this important paper has been committed to a group of workers and employees, one from each department. The results of this commitment will be disclosed by the end of June.
