LAE’s IRE 25 core stacking robot has innovated the core manufacturing process, integrating lamination cutting and core assembling. IRE 25 allows in fact the collection and stacking of the magnetic sheets cut by the core cutting line TO 25, forming from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 4 single-phase and three-phases cores.
The stacker can be equipped with additional collection pallets, which can alternate to replace those already full with the stacked cores, in order to permit a faster restart of the following working process.
