Wire pressing device
The device is intended to guide and press the coils of the conductor, to produce precise and compact coils.
The radial and axial forces are set on the main control panel and controlled by the machine's PLC.
The device also allows you to continuously monitor the actual length of the conductive layer.
Smooth start and stop
The starting and stopping of the spindle drive's rotation are extremely smooth thanks to the use of a servomotor controlled by a suitably parameterized inverter. This allows the significant inertia involved in this type of winding to be optimally managed, avoiding bounces that could compromise the compactness of the coil.
