ItalianEnglishOur High Voltage foil winding machines are designed to produce coils for cast resin transformers, using one conductor strip of aluminum or copper.
The winding of the conductor strip and insulating material is performed on round-shaped mandrels at high speed with constant tension and precise alignment, ensured by electronic actuators.
The machine can wind suitable spaced coils directly on the final mould used for resin casting operations.
Therefore, all the assembly operations performed between the winding phase and the casting phase are ruled out.

The design of the machine allows access to the welding device of the output bars from the same working position in which the winding is performed.
As there is no need for the operator to move, the process is faster.
The precise alignment of the sheet is obtained by way of a closed-loop control system, thanks to a brushless servomotor and a proportional photocell, which detects any displacement of the sheet's edge.
