Customer’s satisfaction survey: good results for sales and after sales teams.
LAE recently conducted a customer’s satisfaction survey among its customers who have bought LAE equipment in the last 5 years. The results show that 90% of the interviewees would choose LAE again as supplier for production equipment.
LAE comes out as a solid company with a strong image. Very positive outcomes have been reached in all LAE lines of product, CORE, WIND and TANK, highlighting a quality product in line with the required production standards.
Our customers are highly satisfied with LAE Sales and After-Sales teams, thanks also to the extensive network of agents and local service centres that LAE has carefully developed in order to give more support to the customer during installation and maintenance.
