LAE srl: the company based in Lugo
is acquired by its managers

LAE srl, a world leader in the production of machinery for electrical transformers, announces the transfer of 100% of its share capital from the previous German ownership to a new shareholder group constituted by the company’s five top managers: Damiano Costa (CEO), Roberto Ballarini (Product Manager CORE line), Paolo Delfico (Product Manager WIND line), Giovanni Seganti (Sales Director) and Lorena Tarlazzi (CFO).

Eng. Costa led this acquisition with the aim of guaranteeing the company’s independence and continuing the growth path started under his direction since 2019. The company Board was also renewed to reflect the new ownership structure, and its members are now Costa (President), Delfico (Vice President) and Ballarini (Board member).
